Whose Voice Is That Anyway?

When it comes to leading yourself, the first step isn’t setting goals—it’s asking whose voice you’re actually listening to. In this post, I explore what it means to recognise the voices in your head, why your inner child might be driving the bus, and how to start following the one voice that truly matters: your own.
